We always strive to ensure that our customers love our products. However, if you still have to send an order back, we will be happy to help you. Complaints for incorrectly printed / damaged items can be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving the product.
Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to live with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, please report with a photo within a week!
Wrong size:
If you are not satisfied with the size you received, first check that the size on the garment matches the size in the size chart. Although it rarely happens, it is possible that the garment has been incorrectly labeled. Let us know and we will find a solution.
